Obviously the grandmother they’re going to see is ‘Princess Hazel’, I’m surprised Winnie hasn’t figured it out herself.
She saved a baby when Azreal and Samuel were fighting at his house and she snuck out the back. She ran into Autumn and she was carrying a baby because Azreal had ordered the baby to be killed. Winnie asked him to spare the baby when he caught up to her.

Yes you did, she saved a baby half demon from being killed by one of the season grils. You should fo back and read, it was a long time ago in the story..

One of the other season girls was collecting the baby (presumably to be killed, but who knows) because it was a demon baby. Azrael has nothing to do with the other season girls, who apparently actually fight demons. And why would Azrael be killing demon babies? He’s the demon king!
In fact, when Azrael became aware of the baby’s plight through Winnie’s intervention, he’s the one who gave it the crystal, to protect it from detection as a demon.
