Holiday Schedule

December 22nd, 2009

Hi everyone! Very much last minute but there will be no Wednesday comic this week an account of the fact that I had to move up my holiday travel plans to accommodate a blizzard that’s supposed to hit on Wednesday (two feet of snow and 40 mph winds predicted, RAHR!). So I’m going to take a little holiday break (because I’m probably going to be snowed in on my parents farm with no internet for a good week XD Seriously, do you guys know the Laura Ingalls Wilder books? That’s where I live, near where The Long Winter was set XD). Aaaanyway, Picatrix will resume updating on January 4th, at which time I hope to roll out a new website ^-^ Also, because I’ll be away, I won’t be able to moderate comments so if you leave a comment and it gets kicked into the moderation queue, I’ll approve it as soon as I get back to an internet connection ^-^ See you all in 2010!

    Hey that reminds me of a series of books that sound like little house on the prairie but not little house on the prairie and I know I own books by her …. blargh all that thinking and I am not at my own house at the current moment of time.
    Sounds like you are getting the storm that hit up here couple weeks back. It was like -58*C here (-72.4*F) and I had snow up to the windows of my car and took a bloody 5 hours to shovel out my garage to get the snowblower out. XD
    Hopefully you made it to your destination safely. Good luck with the snowed in part and hopefully there is either a fireplace where you are staying at or an excellent furnace.

    Sounds like the storm we got! When I got home, I ended up wading waist-deep in snow for about a quarter mile to get to the house XD Luckily I was able to weather most of it at my parents’ farm ^-^
